What each residence contains
- Two bedrooms, one of them en suite.
- Two bathrooms.
- A veranda and a balcony.
- A private, heated pool.
- Covered outdoor space.
- Full furnishing and equipment.
The numbers
Total area is 100 m², of which 71-73 m² is internal. The balance is the veranda, the balcony and the covered outdoor space - which, in a climate like Crete's, is used for most of the year rather than a few weeks of it.
The residences are arranged over two floors. The ground floor and first floor plans are shown below.
Solar energy
Each residence is fitted for solar energy. It lowers running costs across the operating year, which matters more in a property that is occupied most of the year than in one that sits empty.
Delivered turn-key
Residences are handed over ready to use: furnished, equipped and complete, with no additional investment required from the buyer. There is no fit-out stage, no furniture budget and no gap between completion and the first guest.
That is deliberate. A residence that has to perform as 5-star accommodation for most of the year cannot be specified to a domestic standard and upgraded later - it has to meet the standard on day one, and every unit has to meet the same one.
