What a hotel residence is
A hotel residence is a home you own outright that is operated as part of a professionally run resort for the part of the year you are not using it. The title is yours. Bookings, guests, cleaning and maintenance are not your concern.
At Creta Hills the operation is handled by an independent, specialised management company working in collaboration with RG Village Crete, the established resort alongside the development.
Your 30 days
Owners can use their residence for up to 30 days per year, during designated periods agreed in advance. The home is prepared for your arrival and returned to the programme when you leave - there is nothing to open up, close down or hand over.
The rest of the year
For the remaining days the residence is operated as part of the resort. The management company takes care of:
- Bookings, pricing and guest communication.
- Check-in, check-out and on-site guest support.
- Cleaning, linen and consumables.
- Maintenance and technical support.
- Access to the RG Village Crete facilities for guests.
All of it is organised, with no involvement required from you.
How you are paid
Each owner chooses one of two return models:
- Guaranteed Model - a fixed annual return of 5%, 5.5% and 6% across the first three years, paid independently of occupancy.
- Dynamic Model - a performance-based return of up to 10%, varying with occupancy.
If you would rather not use the residence yourself, the Investment Only option waives the 30-day stay and pays an additional month of returns instead.

If you would rather not rent at all
Full personal use is available. In that case the residence sits outside the hotel residences investment model and does not generate a return - the property is simply yours to use as you wish.
