RG Village Crete is a village-hotel with a 5-star rating, set within an olive grove in Nea Magnisia, Rethymno, about 13 km from the centre of Rethymno. It is not a plan or a phase - it is built, running and receiving guests.
Creta Hills is developed in partnership with it, and built directly alongside it.
A 5-star hospitality concept
Most resort-residence schemes ask a buyer to believe in an operation that does not exist yet. The pools, the spa, the staff, the standards and the guests are all promised for a date after completion, and the first owners carry the risk of that promise.
Creta Hills starts from the other end. The 5-star facilities and the people who run them are already there, a short walk away. The hospitality experience does not have to be invented - it has to be extended.

Pools
Four pools, including a large infinity pool that uses salt electrolysis instead of chlorine, and a shallow children's pool.
Spa
A spa with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, and a menu of massage, facial and body treatments.
Dining
Restaurant Dimitra, the à la carte restaurant Paraplous, the Symi Agora bar, a snack bar, a roof bar and a beach bar. Creta Hills owners and guests receive preferential discounts at restaurants, bars and shops.
Beach
A private beach at Stavromenos on the north coast, about 1.2 km away, with a free shuttle and complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas.
Everyday
A 24-hour reception, room service, a concierge, a mini market and gift shop, car and bicycle rental, babysitting on request and a playground.

What it means for owners
The management of the residences is handled by an independent, specialised company working in collaboration with RG Village Crete. For an owner, that means:
- Bookings, pricing and guest communication are handled for you.
- Guests are checked in, looked after and checked out on site.
- Cleaning, linen, consumables and maintenance are organised without your involvement.
- Your residence is prepared for your own 30 days and returned to the programme when you leave.

What it means for guests
