Creta Hills is being built in Nea Magnisia, Rethymno, on a site set in an authentic Cretan landscape with unobstructed views and complete tranquility. The development sits directly alongside RG Village Crete, the 5-star village-hotel it is operationally linked to.
That adjacency is the point. Creta Hills is not a standalone scheme hoping to build an operation from scratch - it connects to a resort that is already running, already staffed and already booked.
What is being built
Seventy fully equipped residences, designed from the outset for investment returns rather than adapted to them afterwards. Each is delivered turn-key: furnished, equipped and ready to be occupied or let, with no further investment required from the buyer.
Four phases
- Phase 1 - 6 homes, currently under construction.
- Phase 2 - 8 homes.

Pricing
The acquisition cost is considered particularly attractive, and it rises with each phase:
- The first 14 residences, Phases 1 and 2 - €290,000.
- The 8 residences of Phase 3 - €315,000.
- The 48 residences of Phase 4 - €350,000.
Buyers entering at Phase 1 or 2 acquire at the lowest price the development will offer.
